1 | Frozen artichoke hearts - (9 oz.) | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Chicken broth |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Bacon - (slices) |
Simmer frozen artichoke hearts in chicken broth with the garlic until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain. When cool enough to handle, wrap in thinly cut bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Broil until bacon is crisp, and serve warm. Alternatively, wrap in prosciutto and serve cold.
