Herbed Shrimp Dunk Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced cooked shrimp |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry sherry |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
In covered blender jar, blend herbs at low speed until coarsely chopped; add peppercorns; blend until coarsely ground. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth. Chill.
Garnish with additional coarsely cut chives. Serve with raw vegetable spears or shrimp.
Makes about 1 3/4 cup.
