Herbed Hummus With Pistachios Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Hummus bi tahini |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Watercress - finely chopped |
1/2 cup | 8g / 0.3oz | Cilantro - finely chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Pistachios |
Garnish | ||
Olive oil | ||
Pistachio nuts | ||
Pita wedges |
Place hummus in a bowl and fold in watercress and cilantro. Taste to correct seasonings. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
Before serving, add chopped pistachios, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with additional nuts.
Serve with pita wedges.
