Herbed Cheese Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Yogurt cheese |
2 | Garlic - crushed | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh parsley - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Thyme - not powdered |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried basil |
Salt to taste |
Blend together all ingredients and refrigerate.
Mold into a ball or put in a container and serve with crackers. Makes 2 cups.
