Herb Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Nonfat sour cream |
OR drained nonfat yogurt | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried marjoram |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried chives |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried oregano |
111 | Salt |
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
Stir before serving.
Makes about 2 cups.
This is even better made with fresh herbs.
