Herb Cheese Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Cottage cheese - drained |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried marjoram |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried dill weed |
Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
Pack into small crock or bowl.
Cover and chill overnight to blend flavors.
Serve at room temperature with assorted low salt crackers.
