Herb Cheese Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Parsley |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chives |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Marjoram leaves |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Thyme leaves |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Black pepper |
| 2 | Garlic powder | |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter |
Crumble herbs with fingers in small bowl until fine. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours.
Use with crackers or spread on bread for a veggie sandwich with tomatoes, cukes, mushrooms and sprouts--DELICIOUS..
