Hawaiian Chicken Wings Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Chicken wings |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ginger - ground |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
| 1/8 cup | 7.8g / 0.3oz | Onions - chopped |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
| 6 oz | 170g | Pineapple juice |
Remove wing tips from chicken and cut apart at joint.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Marinate chicken wings for at least 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Bake for 1 hour. Serve warm.
