Ham Rolls - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cream cheese - , softened | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh chives |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped dill pickle |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Soy sauce |
3 | Tabasco sauce | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Prepared mustard |
Freshly ground black pepper - to taste | ||
8 | Black forest ham | |
Crackers or toothpicks |
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except ham and crackers.
Dry the ham on paper towels. Spread a heaping tablespoon of the mixture on each slice of ham.
Roll up lengthwise.
Place on a cookie sheet and put in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until hardened enough to slice. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Mount on toothpicks or on top of crackers.
