Ham Cheese Mold Recipe - Cooking Index
24 oz | 681g | Cream cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion salt |
3 cups | 711ml | Hormel chunk ham - (mash, with fork) |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecans - chopped |
1 | Green pepper - chopped |
Cream the cheese together with lemon juice, Worcestershire and onion salt.
Stir in ham, pecans and green pepper. Spoon into mold that has been lined with saran wrap.
Cover and chill overnight.
