Ham Biscuits Recipe - Cooking Index
12 | Potato rolls - sliced in half | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Extra-lean ham slices - cut 1/8" thick |
1 | Margarine - softened | |
1/4 | Onion - finely minced | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Prepared yellow mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Poppy seeds |
Mix margarine, onion, mustard and poppy seeds together.
Spread mixture on top side of rolls.
Cover bottom halves with ham; assemble, cover with foil and bake 10 minutes at 400F.
Note: Dollar rolls for larger potato rolls if appetizers.
