Ham and Swiss Appetizer Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
1 | Pre-baked Italian bread shell - (10 oz) | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced cooked ham |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Finely chopped green onions |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Shredded Swiss cheese |
Heat oven to 425. Spread mustard on bread shell; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Top with ham, onions and cheese.
Bake at 425F for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
To serve, cut into small squares. Makes 64 appetizers.
