Ham And Cheese Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | 1% low-fat cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
2 oz | 56g | Low-fat Swiss cheese - finely |
Shredded - (1/2 cup) | ||
6 oz | 170g | Pita bread triangles |
French bread slices - or | ||
Melba toast rounds |
In med-size bowl, combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and mustard; add ham and Swiss cheese.
With wooden spoon, mix until thoroughly blended.
To serve, spread on pita triangles or toast.
