Ham And Cheese Roll-Ups

Recipe Ingredients

8		Boiled ham
8		Swiss cheese
1		Asparagus tips
		Toothpicks
1		Prepared hollandaise sauce

Recipe Instructions

Place 1 slice of cheese on top of one slice of boiled ham. Put about 3 asparagus tips at one end of the ham and cheese, then roll it up so it looks like a hot dog.

Repeat with rest of slices. Secure each roll-up with a toothpick. Microwave roll-ups 1 minute (Cheese should not be completely melted.) Heat hollandaise sauce.

Put a large spoonful on top of each roll-up. Cut roll-up into 3 slices.

Makes 24 bit-size appetizers.
