Ham and Cheese Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Finely ground ham |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Cream cheese |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Catsup |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
Blend ingredients thoroughly and form into tiny balls.
Roll in chopped chives. Serve speared on tooth picks.
Makes about 30 balls.
