Halibut Cocktail Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cooked halibut - flaked |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Chili sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared white horseradish |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
4 | Lettuce leaves - shredded |
Chill halibut for several hours. Combine remaining ingredients, except lettuce, to make sauce. Chill.
Arrange fish on lettuce in chilled cocktail glasses. Top with sauce. Serve very cold.
This recipe serves 4.
