Halibut Cocktail

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 355mlCooked halibut - flaked
1/2 cup 118mlChili sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlPrepared white horseradish
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPepper
4   Lettuce leaves - shredded

Recipe Instructions

Chill halibut for several hours. Combine remaining ingredients, except lettuce, to make sauce. Chill.

Arrange fish on lettuce in chilled cocktail glasses. Top with sauce. Serve very cold.

This recipe serves 4.
