Guacamole Pie Recipe - Cooking Index

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mayonnaise |
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Monterey jack cheese |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Sharp cheddar cheese |
1 | Sliced black olives |
Shred cheese and mix together. Mash avocados with 1 TBS lemon juice and 1 TBS mayonnaise. Mix Taco mix with sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise.
Mix cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together. Put in layers, starting at bottom of dish.
Serves 20. Recipe may be halved.
Serve in a flat dish, such as a 9" pie plate.
