Guacamole (Pillsbury) Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Mashed avocados - (2 medium-size) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
6 | Crisp bacon - crumbled | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped onion |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic salt |
1 | Hot pepper sauce |
Blend avocado, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill.
TIP: Instead of peeling an avocado, cut in half lengthwise, remove pit and scoop fruit out of shell with spoon. Use shell for serving.
