Grilled Chicken Kabobs Recipe - Cooking Index
8 | Wooden or metal skewers | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dry white wine |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Onion powder |
1 | Pepper | |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 1/2 in cubes |
Soak wooden skewers for 20 minutes in water.
Mix everything together and soak chicken cubes for 30 minutes.
Divide chick into 6 to 8 equal part and put on skewers.
Grill 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
