6 | Hardboiled eggs | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ouzo - ( Greek liqueur ) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Fresh chopped mint |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Mayonnaises |
6 | Black olives chopped |
Mash egg yolks with ouzo into a smooth paste. Combine parsley , mint and mayo.
Blend both mixtures until smooth. Fill egg whites with mixture and garnish with chopped black olives.
The anise flavored liqueur make these eggs fragrant and delicious.
