Greek Deviled Eggs With Ouzo

Recipe Ingredients

6   Hardboiled eggs
1 tablespoon 15mlOuzo - ( Greek liqueur )
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFresh chopped mint
3 tablespoons 45mlMayonnaises
6   Black olives chopped

Recipe Instructions

Mash egg yolks with ouzo into a smooth paste. Combine parsley , mint and mayo.

Blend both mixtures until smooth. Fill egg whites with mixture and garnish with chopped black olives.

The anise flavored liqueur make these eggs fragrant and delicious.
