Great Chinese Mustard Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Brown mustard |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Cilantro - chopped |
8 teaspoons | 40ml | Water |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Sesame oil |
Stir all ingredients in a small bowl.
Cover and chill overnight to allow flavors to blend.
To serve, bring to room temperature.
Makes 1 cup.
