Ginger Lime Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup	118ml	Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons	10ml	Grated lime peel
1 tablespoon	15ml	Honey
1/2 cup	118ml	Sour cream
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lime juice
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Ground ginger

Recipe Instructions

Stir all ingredients until well mixed.

Cover; chill. Serve with fruit.

Makes 1 cup.
