Gift Horse Apples And Cheese

Recipe Ingredients

9		Apples - peeled, sliced
1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Flour
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
13 oz	369g	Cheddar cheese - grated
1		Sleeve Ritz crackers - crumbled
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Margarine - melted

Recipe Instructions

Simmer apples in boiling water until tender.

Remove from water, drain and place a layer in a buttered casserole.

Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples.

Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.

Bake at 350F, 35-45 minutes.
