3 cups | 711ml | Durkee Redhot cayenne pepper sauce |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Clarified butter - hot |
20 lbs | 9080g / 320oz | Chicken wings - frozen |
Deep-fry wings at 400F for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy brown or bake at 425F for 30 minutes; turn and bake additional 30 minutes, until brown.
Drain well. Add to sauce and toss well to coat chicken wings. Keep warm. Serve with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
For added heat, try adjusting the ratio of Durkee Redhot Sauce to butter.
