Garlic Shrimp Appetizer Supreme Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Extra-large shrimp |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Lemon juice |
3 | Fresh garlic - crushed | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Mayonnaise |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Fine dry bread crumbs |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Crushed basil leaves |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chopped parsley |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dill weed |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Melted butter |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Olive oil |
Shell and devein shrimp. Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic and mayonnaise.
Stir in shrimp and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Mix bread crumbs, basil, parsley and dill.
Coat each shrimp with crumbs and place in single layer in shallow baking dish.
Stir melted butter and olive oil into remaining marinade. Pour over shrimp.
Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
