Garlic Pita Wedges Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil-free Italian dressing |
2 | Garlic - more to taste | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
4 | Whole-wheat pita bread - spli | |
Finely chopped fresh parsley |
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Place the dressing, garlic, and paprika in a blender jar. Process until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl. Cut each pita circle into four wedges.
Generously brush some of the garlic mixture on the inside of each wedge.
Place the wedges in a single layer on a dry baking sheet, brushed sides up.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until browned.
