Fruit-Flavor Popcorn Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Light corn syrup |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Jell-O - any flavor (small) |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Salted peanuts - coarse chop |
9 cups | 562g / 19oz | Popped popcorn |
Bring syrup and sugar to a boil.
Remove from heat and add Jell-O Gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Add peanuts and pour over popcorn, mixing well.
Quickly form into 1 1/2" balls. Makes about 4 dozen.
