Fruit Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
Glaze | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Orange juice |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cornstarch |

1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
Sauce | ||
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
Crust | ||
1 | Refrigerated cookie dough | |
Fruit | ||
1 | Peach | |
1 | Grapes | |
1 | Banana | |
1 | Strawberries | |
1 | Kiwi |
Mix ingredients of glaze- cook over medium heat until boils, and thickens, then cool.
Spread cookie cough on buttered pizza pan.
Bake 350F for 10 minutes. Cool.
Mix sauce and spread over cooled dough.
Arrange fruit on top and pour glaze over.
Refrigerate.
