Fruit And Spice Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Firmly packed brown sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground allspice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground nutmeg |
1 cup | 237ml | Heavy cream |
Assorted fresh fruit - in bite size pieces |
Combine sugar, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg; set aside.
Beat heavy cream until stiff.
Gently fold spice mixture into cream.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with fruit.
Yield: 1 cup.
