Friends Peanut Dipping Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Soy sauce
1 tablespoon	15ml	Dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice
2 tablespoons	30ml	Scallions - white and light green parts (medium) slice thin
3 tablespoons	45ml	Finely chopped unsalted peanuts - (cooked)

Recipe Instructions

Combine all the above in a small bowl - simple isn't it!

Asian Cook Book Sate I generally add more tamarind or lemon juice and more chilli or sambal to the peanut sauce recipes.
