Fried Pickles

Recipe Ingredients

  Seasoned Egg Wash
1   Egg
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/3 cup 78mlMilk
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlBlack pepper
1/3 cup 78mlWorcestershire sauce
1/3 teaspoon 1.7mlTabasco
  Seasoned Flour
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozFlour
1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlPaprika
1 tablespoon 15mlGarlic salt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPoultry seasoning
1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlBlack pepper
  Oil for deep frying
  Klauson whole pickles

Recipe Instructions

Whip together all ingredients for seasoned egg wash, set aside.

Mix ingredients for flour mixture in a shallow dish. Slice pickle 1/8" thick. Dip into flour mix, then egg wash, then flour mix again.

Fry until golden brown, about 1 minute. Drain on paper towels.

Serve with dipping sauce of ranch dressing, ketchup or horseradish sauce.
