Fresh Garlic Vegetable Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Carrot - finely chopped | |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Peeled and chopped cucumber |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Chopped zucchini |
2 | Green onions - minced | |
1 | Cream cheese - softened | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
2 | Fresh garlic - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dill weed |
3 | Tabasco |
Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate.
Good served with wheat crackers.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
