3 cups | 279g / 9.8oz | Cranberries |
1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated orange peel |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated lemon peel |
2 | Oranges - peeled and sectioned | |
Cinnamon sticks - for garnish |
Rinse and drain cranberries; pat dry.
In food processor, coarsely chop cranberries with sugar, fruit peel and orange sections.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
Spoon into serving dish and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
