Baked Cabbage Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Cabbage - quarter | |
| 1 | Onion - chopped | |
| Fresh dill | ||
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Vegetable broth |
| 1 | Apple; peel - chop | |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | White wine - optional |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh parsley - chopped |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Non-fat mozzarella - shredded |
Put cabbage in casserole. Top with onion, apples, cheese and parsley. Put broth in bottom. Cover with foil and bake 350F until cabbage is tender.
