Fiesta Shrimp Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
9 oz | 255g | Cooked shrimp - rinsed and drained* |
3 oz | 85g | Cream cheese - softened |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Thousand island salad dressing |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Pace picante sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion - grated |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared horseradish |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green onion tops - thinly sliced |
*Or use 10 ounces frozen shrimp, cooked, shelled and thawed.
Finely chop shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish.
Combine chopped shrimp with remaining ingredients except green onions; mix well.
Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with green onion and reserved shrimp. Chill.
Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetable dippers.
Makes about 2-1/2 cups dip.
