Feta-Dill Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Light cream cheese - softened |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Feta cheese - crumbled |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped fresh chives - or |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped green onion tops |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lemon juice - (to 2 1/2) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh dill - or |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried dill |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Yellow bell pepper - for serving (large) |
Combine all ingredients except bell pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Cover; chill 30 minutes or up to 8 hours before serving.
Slice top off yellow bell pepper and remove and discard seeds.
Fill pepper with dip.
