English Muffin Canapes Recipe - Cooking Index
| 6 | Green onions - w/tops-sliced thin | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Capers - or 2-3t pickle relish |
| 1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Cheddar cheese - grated |
| 1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Nonfat mayonnaise |
| 4 | English muffins - split and quartered | |
| 1 | Worcestershire sauce - or Tabasco sauce |
Mix onions, capers, cheese and mayo. Spread on muffins and broil until delicately browned and bubbly.
Can add dash Worcestershire or Tabasco sauce.
