| 1 | Egg - hard boiled. | |
| 1 | Green pepper | |
| 1 | Onion - (medium) | |

| Vinegar | ||
| Garlic | ||
| Salt | ||
| Pepper | ||
| Sugar |
1. Bake eggplant until soft.
2. Grind together the baked eggplant, egg, green pepper and onion.
3. Add oil, vinegar and seasonings to taste. Chill. Serve cold.
Author's Notes: This is my mother's recipe. It can serve as either an appetizer or a relish.
