Easy Teriyaki Wings Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Catsup |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Chicken wings |
Remove wing tips from chicken and cut apart at joint.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Marinate chicken in shallow baking dish overnight, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Arrange chicken on rack in aluminum foil-lined shallow baking pan.
Bake 40-45 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade.
