Easy Ham Triangles Recipe - Cooking Index
6 oz | 170g | Cubed cooked ham |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded smoked gouda cheese |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Peeled - diced apple |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sour cream |
1 | Refrigerated pie crust | |
Nonstick cooking spray | ||
1 | Egg white - beaten | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Poppy seeds |
Heat oven to 425F.
In a bowl, combine ham, cheese, apple and sour cream. Cut 1 pie crust sheet into 8 wedges. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Divide ham mixture among wedges, spreading to within half an inch of each edge. Moisten edges of pastry with egg white. Cut remaining pie crust sheet into 8 wedges. Place over ham filling. Press edges of filled pastry firmly together with fork. Brush with remaining egg white and sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 8 appetizers.
