1 | Dried beef slices - shredded | |
5 oz | 142g | Grated gruyere cheese |
5 oz | 142g | Grated cheddar cheese |
5 oz | 142g | Grated gouda cheese |
4 | Eggs | |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Light cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely chopped onion |
1 | Pie pastry |
Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan.
Toss cheeses, beef, onions to disperse evenly.
Place mixture onto pie pastry.
Whisk eggs and cream; pour over cheese mixture.
Bake 325F for 1/2 hour, reduce temperature to 275F and bake for additional 1 hour.
