Double Salmon Spread

Recipe Ingredients

5 oz 142gFirm silken tofu [1/2 pkg]
3 3/4 oz 106gCanned sockeye salmon
3 oz 85gSmoked salmon
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh dill - chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
1 tablespoon 15mlGreen onion - chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlLight mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlHorseradish
1   Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Place tofu in sieve; drain for 15 minutes, discarding liquid. Drain salmon, discarding skin and mashing bones.

In food processor, mix together tofu, salmon, smoked salmon, dill, lemon juice, onion, mayonnaise, horseradish and pepper until smooth.

Spoon into bowl; cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
