Dijon Tofu Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
16 oz | 454g | Tofu block - drained |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce - low sodium |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Horseradish - powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dill weed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion powder |
2 | Garlic cloves | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Coriander leaves - chopped |

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Add a little water if necessary for ease in preparation.
HELPFUL HINTS: This makes quite a large amount of dip. It keeps well in the refrigerator. Makes a delicious topping for baked potatoes.
