3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Smoked trout - or salmon |
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Half and half |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic salt |
Crackers | ||
Chips | ||
Vegetables |
Remove any remaining bones and flake the fish. Combine all ingredients mixing thoroughly. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetables.
Makes 2 cups.
