Delightful Dip

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 lb 340g / 11ozSmoked trout - or salmon
8 oz 227gCream cheese - softened
2 tablespoons 30mlHalf and half
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGarlic salt
  Crackers
  Chips
  Vegetables

Recipe Instructions

Remove any remaining bones and flake the fish. Combine all ingredients mixing thoroughly. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetables.

Makes 2 cups.
