1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
1 | Dates | |
1 | Coconut | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Nuts - (chopped) |
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Rice Krispies |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Margarine |
Combine sugars, dates, coconut and butter. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add nuts and Rice Krispies. Butter hands, roll into balls and coat with powdered sugar.
