Curried Potato Chips Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Potato chips | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Curry powder - (up to 3) |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Shredded American cheese |
Spread chips in large, flat pan. Sprinkle with curry powder and cheese. Heat at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes: This cookbook was acquired at a junk sale. It captured my interest because of the annotated comments beside the recipes. The original owner had made comments or just check marks beside certain recipes. I will include these as I scan.
