Curried Mushrooms Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Mushrooms |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion (large) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Turmeric |

2 | Tomatoes (large) | |

1. Wash mushrooms. Slice finely. Slice onion finely.
2. Heat oil and add turmeric and onions. Fry until soft.
3. Add the sliced tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes, stirring all the time.
4. Add the mushrooms, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Remove cover and dry out all the water.
6. Serve hot.
