Curried Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
4 oz | 113g | Light cream cheese - softened |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Mango chutney* |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Curry powder |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red bell pepper - for serving (large) |
*Chop up any large pieces of mango.
Combine ingredients in medium bowl. Mix well.
Cover; chill 30 minutes or up to 8 hours before serving.
Cut top off red pepper and discard seeds.
Fill with dip for serving.
