Curried Chicken Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Fat-free cream cheese - softened | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Orange marmalade |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Curry powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Chicken - cooked, minced |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Green onions - minced |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Celery - minced |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Fresh parsley - finely chopped |
In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
Beat until smooth. Stir in chicken, onions and celery.
Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in parsley.
Cover and chill until firm.
Yield: 5 dozen.
Serving Size: 3 pieces.
