Cucumbers In Sour Cream With Fresh Dill Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Cucumbers* - sliced | |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion rings - thin sliced |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Water |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh dill - finely chopped |
Marinate cucumber slices and onion rings in vinegar, water, sat and pepper in the refrigerator.
Drain after a few hours. Mix cucumbers and onions with sour cream and dill. Serve as a salad or appetizer.
